        The nurse was very friendly, explained the flystrike application and when it should be applied again. Shown us how to cut our rabbits nails if we wanted to do it safely. She took an interest in my daughter's college as she is studying animal care.

        The recipient was very clear about plan I took out, they explained exactly what I needed to know, The vet was very good has it was my first time she took me through everything step by step, can't fault anything, well looked after by great friendly staff and good atmosphere.
