Our company placed an order for a double slide with a 8ft ball pool and was told if I orders on that very day 28th August, I would receive my order in 3 weeks. No order ever received. Ive left over 60 voicemails, as no one has the decency to answer the phone. Messages arent responded to regularly- absolutes joke! Was told in December I would get a refund before Christmas, still nothing! Contacted again and no response. Please Dont use this company absolutely rubbish and just want the full amount of purchase and fail to deliver!

Made an order for 8ft ball pit, double slide and mats In September was told I would receive it the following week. Ive still not received it. Constant excuses, very poor customer service and Im still waiting for a refund which I was told I would receive before Christmas as theyre organising the funds. Ive left over 50 voice mails since September and no call back just slow replies through Instagram. Avoid using this company!!

Great products best we've had in the soft play equipment would recommend every soft play company to use "soft play planet" manufacturing and delivering times was perfect, thanks you guys so much for my equipment!!. Will be ordering more definitely!.

We ordered new softplay and a nerf shooter from Scott at Softplay Planet and can say that it is the bets piece of equipment we have had and in terms of price it was perfect! Cannot fault anything, from initial contact, constantly staying in touch and turnaround time. Scott even drove to my house to deliver. Will be ordering much more from now one. M-y Party Bits
