Louisa Jane Sports Massage

I visited The STL as I had begun to experience issues relating to a historic hip injury that was causing me pain and discomfort, which slowly became worse due to the physical nature of my job and active lifestyle. I felt very welcomed on my arrival and Louisa was very friendly as she explained to me clearly and concisely, what the session entailed. During my appointment, Louisa was very transparent regarding what treatment she was applying and the reasons why, all whilst remaining very professional throughout. Louisa is very attentive and regularly checked to see if I was comfortable, often altering certain treatments to different levels of intensity to suit me. Following the session, I am now experiencing a lot less tightness in my lower body and back and will be regularly attending treatments to stay on top of my recovery and injury management. I would highly recommend The Sports Therapy Lodge to anyone, not just for treatments, advice and guidance, but also for her vast knowledge/experience and welcoming demeanour.

I began seeing louisa over eighteen months ago after having a great deal of difficulty getting an appointment with the last therapist I was seeing, now I have been a postman for over thirty eight years and in that time I have accumulated many problems with my body such as arthritis in the right knee and much stiffness in my lower back to mention just a couple, now I see louisa every three weeks or so and find her treatment helps immensely, but she has not just been an excellent sports therapist to me she has also become a true friend that I would be lost without, now louisa has many different qualities like her warm nature and amazing people skills, but what really sets her aside from anyone else is that she genuinely cares about her patients which makes me wonder could everyone else in her profession truly say the same, so the only thing left I have to say is thank you for all your phenomenal care and ill see you next year.

I had my first treatment today with Louisa. I have to say it was something else.. she is incredible at her work very knowledgable, and professional. I am a beautician and use a lot of upper body movements of which has taken its toll on my body causing discomfort and headaches. Louisa worked intensely to help aid the areas of concern today to help me in the discomfort I was in. Excellent treatment Louisa and THANKYOU x
