Halton View Post Office

THE SPAR MAY BE OPEN TIL 10PM BUT THE POST OFFICE SIDE IS 9-5 .. THIS SITE IS FOR THE POST OFFICE NOT THE SHOP SO SHOULDNT LIE ABOUT HOURS WE MADE A LONG DRIVE TO TAX A CAR NEEDING VARIOUS FORMS. ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY WOULDNT ACCESS THE POST OFFICE AT 5.20PM.

Always found the staff behind the counter really helpful and polite , one thing I do think is poor is the post office counter service in the spa its self to serve people when the main one is closed , I have found spa staff reluctant to offer this facility and on two separate acasions staff one being a male who is never very helpful and an older lady who have said its off line or there locked out , and yet on returning to shop wen staff have changed over found it workin perfectl well this hapoind again recently and yes it was the two same staff members again I think this is something to chase up as o do belive they cant e botherd once I was told it wasnt in just as the manager Becky walked in who had akwsys been vey very helpful and pleasant and is a credit to shop , suddenly the older lady went oh yep its on will do it now think this needs looking as this system wAs put in place to help people of all ages to do a variety of diferant and sometimes essential things at times in need I work long hours and cant always get to the bank so this system is such a help but as I have said friends wich staff are serveing in the shop if its Becky deb or Lynda never a problem always happy to help , anybody else forget it they lie , I had an important transaction to make and was told by quite a new member of staff it was off we. I asked why he said its been off all day then said he had been locked out what he didnt realise is my doughter had been in ten mins befire used that faculty and had to endure him banging about and makeing her feel that chesty he wasnt impressed she was useing that faculty Shame on him poor disrespectful service by clearly a lazy employee

Moved to area over 6 years ago . Have never had any complaints with any of their staff . They have been so helpful whenever I go in

Tuesday morning and closed. Happens all too often that the stated opening times in store and online are completely inaccurate causing wasted journeys and annoyed people who have ordered something that I've been unable to post.
