        When I first contacted Sue about my dog she asked me questions about what cut I wanted and questions about my dog in general which I think is good. She took what I wanted for my dog on board. Unfortunately I couldnt make the first appointment and she was really understanding about it but I made the second appointment and stayed with misty while she was being groomed. The cut was really neat and tidy and they both were good with my dog. She explained to me about Knots and what harm they can do. And she really took notice of how my dog was feeling and whether she was stressing or not. I would definitely take my dog here again. Thank you very much. Feels and looks a lot better now. Plus the reminder texts really help as I forget a lot.
