    Very knowledgeable.. felt completely at ease with Mel when I was looking for a personal trainer who could take me back to basics. I would 100% recommend for a Personal Trainer in Liverpool.

    I have recently started training with Mel and honestly I couldnt be happier to have her as a personal trainer. She has so much experience and really goes that extra mile to personalise each session for each client. My doctors suggested that I go to a personal trainer due to being flat footed (it has led to problems with my ankles and knees) which has also meant that muscles in my feet and calves havent been working properly for a good while. Mel was really understanding about what I needed from my training sessions and has been absolutely brilliant from the get go. We had a phone consultation before meeting in person to discuss further what I wanted from my training sessions, and booked a session from there. I cannot fault her knowledge and experience at all, every session she really focuses on making my workouts personal so that they really strengthen my feet/leg muscles. Im someone who has never really had much confidence when it comes to doing exercises in gyms, but Mel reassures me every single session and really knows how to motivate you and build your confidence. Each session is also super enjoyable, Mel is the perfect balance between friendly and professional, she really motivates you to work at your very best but also has a good laugh with you to make sure youre comfortable too. I genuinely look forward to each training session. If youre someone whos looking for a personal trainer, Mel is definitely 100% the one! Thanks Mel!!!

    Mel is an amazing PT, really goes above and beyond. Extremely knowledgable in her field and strives to ensure you achieve your goals to becoming the best version of yourself. Mel works alongside you to understand the areas you want to build on to create and deliver the best training plan thats suitable for you and your needs. I have been training with Mel for the past 18 months and its really made a difference, its hard work and youre sometimes pushed to your limit, but with the motivation behind you and the right training plan, it really helps you see it through.
