My daughter has just finished her treatment with bright orthodontics and we are extremely happy with the results. From start to finish the process has been brilliant, my daughter was made to feel comfortable and confident at every appointment with Natalie. My daughters smile is now perfect! I chose this orthodontist because they had glowing reviews - and now I can see why! I have just completed my treatment, having had my lower ceramic braces removed yesterday and my upper braces having been removed a few weeks ago. My teeth look absolutely amazing, I am over the moon with the results!! Puthri was an absolute pleasure, from my initial consultation, through every appointment I had over the last year, she has been so friendly and so professional, has made me feel extremely welcome and genuinely cared about, and she has done everything to the highest standard, she even left my lower braces on a few extra weeks because on the day they were supposed to be removed, she noticed a tiny gap between two of my teeth and said she wouldn't be satisfied unless the gap was closed - this gap was so tiny I couldn't even see it, she really takes so much pride in her work and perfects every little detail. The other staff have all been lovely as well! I have been wearing my top removable retainer for a couple of weeks and it is perfectly made - absolute perfect fit and completely comfortable to sleep in - I had braces as a teenager and afterwards struggled with my retainers and eventually gave up wearing them because they were so horribly uncomfortable, which is why I ended up having to get braces again! I was worried about having a bad experience with the retainers again but they are fantastic. Bright Orthodontics Widnes really have gone above and beyond to give me back my confidence and I would recommend them to anyone. The price was also extremely reasonable and I genuinely believe it was worth every penny. Thank you so much for everything you've done for me! I look forward to my check up appointments :) My partner is also a patient here and is using Invisalign and I'm sure he will give just as positive a review as I have when his treatment is finished.
