The staff in this store are all so friendly and nice. They made me feel welcome and cared about. That is quite rare in retail these days. I have to say, I'm very impressed.

Thank you so much to the two shop assistants working Saturday 9th November for assisting us to try sort out my husbands glasses that should of Been sent from clayton square boots liverpool. Liverpool branch should be ashamed of yourselves for the way you spoke to the poor girl trying to help us in the widnes branch . Stongly think apology is in order as she was just trying to clear up your error.
