Terrible experience not really with Runcorn branch but wider company. Crossed Mersey crossing 6 times in a hire car and was met with 6 x 35 charges. This was on addition to 6 x 30 charge with merseyflow. Recently settled the crossings with merseyflow but Enterprise are slow to refund their charges. Will claim back via section 75 on my card provider. Thank you Enterprise for your lack of customer service in the middle of the biggest cost if living crisis we have seen.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Dylan and Manny over in the Runcorn Brach the service they provided was second to none. Their friendly caring customer service really made my car accident a blessing. Dylan worked extremely hard to get my car changed after the insurance would only provide a vehicle the same size as a matchbox. Understanding I had disability needs and required a bigger boot he worked his backside off to get me into a Nissan Juke I was over the moon with the effort put into assisting me. Each time I entered the branch I was met with a happy smiling face and a lovely handshake. I could not fault any staff member in this branch the manager was lovely and caring but I didnt grab her name unfortunately, However Dylan and Manny really stood out from the rest, because of the excellent service I received from here I will always return to this branch and would highly recommend to my friends and family for their rental needs. Should you need a hire car go and see Dylan I promise you youll be extremely happy and ask if manny can pick you up I promise you wont be disappointed Really thankful for the excellent service Benn
