        If you are a landlord looking to rent a property, go elsewhere. My experience is that this agent is totally disorganised. I signed a contract with them a month before my flat was due to be occupied. Days before the tenant was due to move in, they told me I needed to sign it again because their head office wanted a part of it that didnt apply to my contract completed differently. I had to tell them the flat was ready for photos three times, that I would handle the deposit twice and had to send them the gas and electrical safety certificates twice - they didn't like the file format, but it took a month for them to realize. I would not use them again.
