I have recently sold a property with Michael Adams Estate Agents, and the service I received from Neil and Tracey was truly excellent, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were extremely professional, and guided me through the whole process which as this was the first house I have sold, put my mind at rest. I would definitely use Michael Adams in the future.

Adams provided a 5* star service throughout our house sale. From the initial visit by Neil coming to do the valuation right through to completion, they went above and beyond to ensure that the sale ran smoothly and dealt with any issues that arose promptly. The whole team are professional, friendly and their experience and expertise are second to none. We have also since purchased through Adams and could not fault them again. Neil Barratt and his team are excellent estate agents not only did Neil sell my house he helped find my new property which is perfect for me. My first buyer pulled out of the sale at 3 months in, I was very stressed but Neil explained everything kept me well informed throughout. He put the house back on the market straight away, it sold again in no time. He really did go above and beyond. I am so grateful for his help and expertise.

I have bought and sold properties through Adams Estate agents and would only use them if I needed to sell in the future. They gave me a great valuation and sold the property really quickly. The service I received from the team was brilliant from start to finish and their ability to chase solicitors and other agents was invaluable when trying to get the sale to exchange /completion.
