        I took my engagement ring here to be resized. The ring now looks wonky, not properly round anymore and part of the band is thinner than the rest where it has been altered. It was perfect when I left it here. Im now having to take it back to diggles in Liverpool where it was originally made to have the shank remade. Im really upset about it as the ring is very sentimental.

        Had Madonna medal and chain repaired fantastic service the 2 gents was amazing to deal with job was superb would recommend bench thank you both so much for a quick service I would recommend bench fantastic shop kind regards .

        Made both our wedding rings from gold that was special to both of us. Time no issue went through everything that was needed to be done. Lovely friendly atmosphere. Would most definitely recommend.
