By your response to Elle bond, she did as any customer would have done in BM, The Range, BQ. If there is an already opened sample role, people will be inclined to tear a sample piece. Describing the lady on aa public site, is below the belt. Also if you check your CCTV footage you will see she returned the samples to your desk and did not cause a scene and left quietly. She also phoned you to apologise yet you still continue to slate her. I heard the conversation over speaker phone. She recorded her phone conversation with yourselves, as proof of your patronising behaviour. Under the regulation of investigatory Powers Act 2000, it is not illegal to record conversations as long as it is for their own use, which she has done and not made it public Quality of customer care?? Is not by cutting a sample of wall paper neatly and rolling it up neatly but in positive communication skills. The key to customer care is building good customer relations, promoting positive, helpful, friendly environment, a happy customer is a returning customer.

Fantastic selection of wallpapers. Staff always very friendly, even kindly trimmed off a number of samples for me to try first! My feature wall looks amazing, in fact friends of ours recently bought some wallpaper for 125 a roll elsewhere and ours looks better!! 15/roll! Thanks guys! Will definitely use again.
