Cheshire Bathrooms & Tiles

Very poor experience from this company. Appointment made and turned up late never heard anyone knock and I only live in a small bungalow. Rang to see where they where and was told they had already called but no one in which I was and suggested they could have phoned as sometimes people may not hear the knock which is what happened here but no that's too much trouble they don't do that as they have people not in at times. Never mind the inconvenience caused arranging my day around this appointment. As for the response from Leanne who took the call the main reason for may negative review very poor attitude and customer service very patronising tone and suggesting I was shouting when I rang back to give feedback about how the call was handled. I was not shouting it was the dissatisfaction in my tone it can go both ways. Yes Leanne did offer to make another appointment for later that day but again her tone put me off who wants to spend thousands of pounds with a company who cannot even offer the most basic of customer services. That was a waste of my morning!

Late review but had a bathroom fitted by these last month,absolute love it,its perfect,all the lads fab workers,clean and tidy,done in 4 days,so anyone looking for a new bathroom use these guys,a big thank you to you all,and hope you all have a fab Xmas and new year
