I can not thank Marisa enough for helping me with my daughters uniform. Starting high school in year 7, I knew nothing about what I needed. Marisa was so helpful and patient with us.

Went to the Lugsdale road shop last weekend to purchase my sons school uniform for starting year 7. Fabulous customer service nothing was too much trouble trying on blazers. When I got home a few days later my husband asked to see the blazer on my son and I thought that was a little small we then discovered that the blazer got mixed up this was OUR fault thou nothing to do with the shop as I gave the wrong blazer to the colleague. Thankfully we did see this error as we are going away on holiday and wont be back a couple of days before he starts school. When I explained the situation to the store they were absolutely brilliant and kept our one aside until I got down to swap them over. I have never walked into a store and felt so welcome as I did in this store or felt rushed in any way. Absolutely lovely people. Greeted with a smile and no question was too silly to ask. Thank you ever so much.
