I want to express my gratitude for how efficient the process of getting my purchase was, especially throughout the postal strikes. I purchased the Liverpool Fc Engraved Dog Tag from this store following my grandfather's admission to hospital. He was diganosed with terminal cancer in June which had further metastasised to his liver. On Monday 5th September he was admitted to hospital after becoming unresponsive and ended up with meningitis and suffering 3 mini strokes. During his stay, his previous Dog Tag, which is exactly the same as I had ordered, was misplaced. This had great sentimental value to my granda, so I ordered the Dog Tag from this store on the 6th and it arrived on the 9th (I also live in NI). The store also contacted me to make me aware that delivery may take longer than expected due to the postal strikes, which was greatly appreciated. I feel so fortunate to have been able to have given this chain to my granda, which put the biggest smile on his face. Seeing his eyes light up made me feel like Im starting to slowly get my granda back again. My overall experience with Stoneycroft Trading will make me more inclined to purchase gifts from here in the further and also recommend it to close friends and family. Thank you again!
