Alpha Computers

Took my sons gaming PC to Alpha when it stopped working after a house move. There was a slight issue when the tower came back to us but Michelle took it back in the next day and fixed it as a priority and gave it a little upgrade at the same time so my son is over the moon. Michelle was great throughout the whole process and was incredibly patient answering all of my questions (Im not computer minded at all!) Everything was explained really well and all of our options covered so we could make an informed choice about how to proceed with the repair. Really happy with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Alpha to anyone who is looking for a repair/upgrade!

My computer was failing to update, constantly freezing and very slow. I had tried various online instructions to no avail. Alpha resolved all the issues, installed a solid state drive, backed up all my data and within 24hrs. Explained what I need to do in future in simple terms. So pleased with the results - my computer is so much faster, battery appears to last longer and it will now last a few more years. Excellent service and very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

Excellent, knowledgeable service. PC problems explained in layman's terms and fixed quickly at a very reasonable price. My son's PC suffered multiple failures. They fixed everything (including spotting that some of the original build was "hem hem" less than professional) and now it goes like a rocket. (Oct 2021) I've also just (Nov 2022) had a new gaming PC from them. The components are of excellent quality (eg. a Gold standard psu) and an extremely keen price versus the big companies. I had one issue with the RAM which they fixed extremely quickly. If you're looking for a new PC I would recommend including Alpha in your hunt!

Michelle from Alpha computers absolutely fantastic service. I had what I thought was a simple issue, a new power supply ( Michelle sorry if this is not the correct name), I dont know how many she got in and tried to get my computer to work but to no avail. All of these power packs, she must of paid to get these but I didnt get charged a penny for them, many companies would say, well I have ordered what you asked for so tough did Alpha, no not a penny. I think if I was them, I would of told the owner to put it where the sun doesnt shine. What did alpha do, they found one in AMERICA Computer fixed with a American power unit, and all I was charged for was the charger, no shipping no labour just totally fantastic. To me the difference between Alpha and other large computer shops, Alpha is a family business who dont see you as another customer, youre a friend who generally care. Folks go here as you couldnt ask for anymore help, I had never used Alpha before..: I wont be using anybody else in the future Thank you again
