        Good service, friendly staff. My only negative is that I sometimes think they overbook viewings as I've had a couple of cancellations because the property went the day before. Will certainly continue to use them and recommend them to friends

        We had an appointment to view a property. Nobody turned up to show us around and when I rang the office to see if anybody was coming, they told me they had put an application in to the landlord already so we can't view it. When I asked why didn't they couldn't have informed us of this, she said sorry! Poor service and infuriating for home searchers.
