One of the positives was their accessibility. They made themselves easily available to answer my questions and concerns, and their response times were generally quick. Given the nature of offences its difficult to have your voice heard usually, Jess provided on-going support for our family from the off and nothing was too much trouble. PCD are amazing at what they do, and although not cheap they get the result required with so much professionalism. Marcus has an excellent team behind him, extremely friendly, professional and absolutely amazing at what they do. No words, or amounts of thank yous could be enough for what they have done for our family.
