        Absolutely awful they are just not bothered how their tenants live and don't care what conditions the place is in. Years of issues with the window and all they want to do is send a stock surveyor out. They close jobs stating problems have been fixed when there not. Might withhold my rent and pay for it with that, bet they soon take me to court for arrears. Would give zero stars if I could. Think we should all follow other tenants and get a solicitor as they all seem to win
