Had an earth issue at home, from a previous electrical company not checking their work. Stu and his team turned up when they said they would. Him and the lads were great and and found the cause of the problem within minutes of beginning to work, rectified the problem and made my home safe again. Would highly recommend RED ELEC Electrical Services, efficient, professional and a great team 5* Services: Ground wire installation, Electrical inspections, General repairs, Electrical wiring installation, Electrical fixture installation

Will keep this simple, Red Elec carried out a refurbishment of a two bed flat for me in Liverpool. The standard of workmanship was appalling. Mastic used to fill gaps in a brand new 10k kitchen, everything from the joinery work, to the fitted kitchen to the plaster work had to be re done. I had to threaten Stuart with court action to get a refund as he refused to return and rectify his own work. I did get a partial refund but Stuart left me with the hassle of sourcing other tradesmen to come in and fix his mess who all said it was the worst they have seen, regrettably I cannot post photos here. He clearly took payment from me for work that he was not qualified to do himself, then outsourced the work to others who also were not qualified. I found Stuart untrustworthy and unreliable, dealing with him was a nightmare, he wouldn't even answer his phone when things went wrong and simply blanked me. He turned what should have been a positive experience into a nightmare, avoid!
