        Took me off the books because I was in another country,tried to explain,but in sympathetic, the dental health service in the UK is poor now, nearest I could find accepting patience was 30 miles away

        Despite Complaints Handling Procedure visibly displayed on the wall of the reception area, this practice will not respond to complaints. I made a complaint regarding a member of staff on 24 February 2022 and have telephoned, emailed and visited the surgery to follow up on several occasions since. As of today, 31 August 2022, I still have no response and both Lynsey and Louise continue to ignore my communications.

        Best dentist Ive ever been to! My last dentist butchered me so bad that I didnt go for nearly 10 years!! I came here and didnt even feel the needles, like at all (of which Im petrified by the way) Cannot fault at all - definitely recommend!!
