        I phone for a emergency appointment and got told to ring back in a week to arrange a time for a emergency appointment. I ended up going to hospital becase was in that much pain and couldn't wait a week to 2 week period for a emergency appointment.

        Service with a smile, made appointment saw dentist, really pleasant man, sent me for scale and polish, all done within 90 minutes.

        Appalling service. Knew I was going to be approx 5 mins late as I was stuck in traffic so called ahead 20mins early only to find the out of hours nuber on. Turned up 6 mins late to be told the dentist wouldnt see me. I explained I had tried to ring to give notice but the receptionist said sorry thats my fault Im on my own ?. Last time I went to the dentist I had to wait 20mins after my appointment was due even though I was on time!! Doesnt stack up, one sided. I understand that practices run on appointments but there was a genuine attempt to prevent me from bucking the system. Not happy at all. Wouldnt recommend!!!!!!!!
