They offer a parcel service and keep saying its broke. Fixed one day and then broke 2 days later again. When asked if they could sort it so it says online its broke saves me walking there to be told its broke. The man was very rude come out of the shop after me screaming across the road at me. When I walk back over to ask him to stop shouting and being so rude he then got in my face pointing. I have never in my life been treated so badly by a man, he was so unprofessional.

This store offers a parcel service. However everytime I have tried to use this service I am met with a terrible attitude from the owner. Very dismissive, unhelpful and made to feel an inconvenience regularly.

The owner of this shop has such a bad attitude. Asking him to check on a parcel for me which I had dropped off there yesterday and he told me to go elsewhere. He made a complete and utter show of me in front of customers in the queue.. The way he spoke to me was disgusting and I definitely will not be visiting again. I left while the other people in the shop hung their head in shame.. I will not be treated like this by anyone.
