I joined Cathys group just a couple of months ago and having struggled with my weight all my life, she is so different in her approach. She is a constant support, and is realistic, appreciates how hard it is and doesn't judge you when you are struggling, she just helps you to get back on track. Catherine from 1-1diet has changed my life for the better, I have now lost nearly 3 stone and feel mentally and physically so much better. Catherine is so helpful and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for her. She keeps you motivated and sends inspirational messages 1-1 diet foods is fabulous and lots of wonderful things to choose from. My favourite are the chocolate bars. They have all your vitamins that you need in each meal. Highly recommend Cathy as your consultant and the 1-1 diet. Deb
