HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - Amazing people, outstanding work! Having had our plans for an extension and subsequently obtaining planning permission, I then had to find the right people to undertake our project. I met with three different builders and I was left with a big decision to make. Cost was obviously important but being comfortable with someone and trusting them to undertake our project was my primary concern. My 87 year old Father was absolutely not to be disturbed as much as possible throughout the process. Dave Anderson absolutely stood out from the rest. The time he spent with me before the quotation was provided and his attention to detail was so impressive; his thought process as to how it would all work, the timescale and disruption over the weeks and his knowledge made me feel very secure. So I followed my instincts about Dave and my expectations were totally exceeded in every possible way. Before starting the job, Dave came and sat with me for over 2 hours and he went through every aspect of the process, what it would involve and answered all my questions and helped alleviate any worries that I had. From day one I felt comfortable with Dave and his team and it was an absolute pleasure to have them around throughout what was a huge project for me. Their kindness, humour and support not to mention their total commitment to their work was outstanding. Every day, Dave would let me know what was happening and also what would be happening over the following week. He was on site with the team the majority of the time and when he was unable to be there both his son Tony and nephew Scott would make sure every was running smoothly and dealt with any other contractors for me without problem. Having never been part of a building project before I was interested in every aspect of the process and asked lots of questions! I probably drove them all mad at times but they were all always incredibly polite and helpful and explained everything to me and also had many great ideas that I would never have thought of. Their hard work and craftsmanship was outstanding. They are without doubt a multi tasking talented team. My Father was never disturbed or inconvenienced once during the whole 9 weeks of the build and that is totally down to the diligence, organisation and care that Dave and all his team gave. Dave and his team have left me with not only an amazing addition to our home but the very happy memory of a wonderful experience over the weeks that they were here. They all became great friends and I have missed them all being here since they have finished. I would absolutely recommend Dave and his team to anyone without question. It is very rare these days to encounter such excellent service, kindness and thought SALLY MILLS - BLUNDELLSANDS, LIVERPOOL.
