Only reason they get a star is so I can post this. Just attempted to donate baby clothes. Staff member abruptly shouted "NO we are full". Staff member in back was also very assertive in tone, quite rude actually. No signage in window other than, we need clothes now!!! No "Thank you for the offer". Challenged staff on the reason for the tone and was met with hostility from the staff. Donated to this store for years. True colours not shine during a pandemic don't they.

I can only agree with previous posts regarding the attitude of staff. Went in today about 4 with 2 bags of good quality clothes. There was a staff member by the door talking to a woman by the door. I waited until eventually the woman alerted the staff member to the fact I was waiting. She simply looked at the bags and said "we're not taking any more today", then turned away to continue her conversation. No, "thanks for thinking of us but unfortunately we're not able to take your donation, sorry". Manners cost nothing. I know there's been an increase in donations during the pandemic, but that wont last. So when the time comes for you to appeal for donations I'll be going elsewhere.

Not a chance I will ever visit that charity shop after nearly last year over the woman attitude saying excuse me mask! When I worn an exemption badge n I dont go in the shop the way people speak to me like that it makes me angry and she didnt even apologise and I will get go back there ever again

Rude unhelpful staff. Supposed to be a charity shop for people less fortunate to afford clothes but the prices are the same as if you were buying the clothes brand new. Support a charity that actually cares, not this one.
