DODGY DODGY COMPANY... DO NOT USE!! I can not recommend bikepig, there website is misleading and their customer service is truly awful. I purchased a bike helmet from them which didn't fit. When I tried to return the item (which I had 365 days to do according to the website), the website details were not displaying (NO RETURN ADDRESS) and the returns form was for a different company all together, (dodgy 1) when I tried to contact them for clarification I was firstly ignored until I got papal involved (dodgy 2), then they finally answered me. I tracked the sent back item luckily so knew when they had received it. They then tried to deduct postage from my refund when postage was free (dodgy 3), I agreed to this just because I wanted an easy life, they then never made any attempt to refund me (dodgy 4). I oped up a paypal dispute (WHICH THEY IGNORED) and so in the end luckily paypal just took the money (full amount so they lost out in the end) from their account and refunded me.
