        I had an appointment with Natasha at the Widnes branch last Friday morning and I wanted to share just how amazingly helpful, patient and compassionate she was. Society is so quick to criticise services but not so quick when somebody goes above and beyond which I believe Natasha did for me during my appointment. Thank you once again Natasha for your help and support last week, you're an asset to the branch. X

        Hardly ever open, open 6 hours a day so what chance do people have that work normal hours??? And about as friendly as Covid! Needs improvement for me!
