        I recently completed Kirsty's breathwork programme in order to improve my breathing whilst running. I thought the sessions and programme as a whole were well structured with a clear plan and progression between each. The concepts were also explained very clearly and I understood them well. I found it all very interesting. The follow up summaries that Kirsty provided via email were also very detailed and informative which I also found useful. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to improve their sporting performance!

        Kirstys online sessions are brilliant! They suit me because: a range of days/times; she is very clear in her instruction; informative; inclusive; varied. I now find her prompts to focus on posture or breath or awareness stay with me beyond the class! Im really enjoying the sessions!

        Kirsty is a great Yoga teacher, her classes are both relaxing and dynamic, excellent if you are looking for a moment to disconnect and focus on your self, it doesn't matter if you have never done Yoga before, she makes her sessions suitable for everyone. Her yoga sessions have been a big part of my self discovery journey.
