Claire is a great personal trainer and has made working out around commuting into London, and more recently pregnancy and being a new mum, stress free and enjoyable. She helped me achieve my goals for my wedding and now my husband and I have now been training with her for 3 years. She is a really lovely person and always reliable.

I have only been working with Claire a few weeks but am happy to recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer who is reliable, professional but with whom you feel at ease. Claire comes to my home, bringing with her any equipment needed and with a plan of what exercises will be done in the session and which are clearly in keeping with my agreed aims. Her rates are very reasonable and she offers 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions. I can already see results and couldnt be more pleased. I wanted to update my review as I have now been with Claire for almost a year and she has made a huge difference to me in that time. I have Parkinson's and exercise is as important as any medication in my opinion. With Parkinsons you need a strong core, balance and good posture to maintain maximum and quality movement. Claire understands that and slowly but surely I have become stronger, my balance is better and these have given me renewed confidence in my abilities. Claire's sessions are always well organised, relevant and varied. She is absolutely professional but also puts you at ease. My Parkinson's will catch up with me in time, that is in the nature of the condition, but Claire's input has given me the best possible chance to remain as independent as I can for the longest time and manage deterioration in a positive way; given my circumstances, I could not give a better recommendation and if you do choose Walker Workouts and Wellbeing, you will not be disappointed.
