        Just spoke to Hayley, oddly I'd called the wrong circle garage. However I have to say what a polite and professional person she is and if I did live near lancing I'd be more than happy for this garage to be looking after my cars.

        Very helpful, allowed us to look at the cars with the key unaccompanied, we looked at numerous one's, took one for a accompanied test drive on a route of our choosing which gave us the chance to fully test out the performance and we weren't put under pressure to buy.

        Bit of a weird experience. Go there if you want to be patronised. Self Proclaimed Roger the Dodger slammed his hand down on the table and and was extremely rude in negotiation. Definitely shouldnt be in sales let alone dealing with any customer. Bought my car elsewhere now sorry not sorry

        Awful experience. Started off well. Friendly to begin with, but turned into a horrible experience. When trying to negotiate the price up on our trade in, the sales manager slapped his hand hard down on the desk and spoke to me like a child in a headmasters office. Stressful, patronising, exceptionally unprofessional experience. We have taken our business elsewhere.
