Fast service very clean cars polite drivers!

Booked a taxi with Arrow Link the night before, requested a taxi for 6:50am with a drop off at Shoreham Station and then to take me to work. Taxi didnt arrive until 7:10am with zero apology from the driver, despite me saying we no longer needed to go to the station as my partner had driven herself there as the taxi wasnt on time. Prior to the driver arriving I rang the operator to advise wed no longer need the drop off as the taxi was too late for my partner to make her train and the response was Oh okay - tell the driver. Awful customer service all round. Also, despite no longer making a stop off, the journey also cost 5 more than predicted on the phone.

Worst taxi company I've ever used. I'll never call them again. Call centre is rude and useless and you need to HOPE your taxi turns up. Just walk it.
