Avoid at all costs, these people are very underhand and try to wangle you out of your money. Twice now I have ordered through Uber Eats and they have lied and said I cancelled my order when I absolutely did not. They still get the money for it if they say I cancelled, so twice now they have helped themselves to 30 from me. Uber refunded me themselves last time following investigation, and I wanted to give Joyson News the benefit of the doubt that it was a mistake. But they have done exactly the same thing again, this time claiming I called and cancelled the order when I had done absolutely no such thing! Ironically I cannot actually get in touch to ask them what on earth they are playing at, as their number says not recognised - even more suspect!! It is clearly quite a deliberate attempt to get free money for themselves. I just wanted to warn others of these guys as they are telling quite blatant lies to try and get your money for nothing - steer well clear.
