I decided to work with Arun after a recommendation from a friend who helped me through a tough period of real struggle with social anxiety and depression, and a general feeling that I was not fulfilling my potential. So I decided that enough was enough and that a change was needed. I have already done/do various self-development practices (e.g. therapy, meditation, reading, self-development workshops, psychedelic retreats etc.) but had never given coaching a go so thought I'd take action and give it a crack. And I'm really glad I did because the sessions with Arun were extremely insightful and useful. He has a great deal of wisdom to share, is an excellent listener and communicator, has a lot of integrity and brings his full focus and attention to the session (as well as check-ins outside the sessions), for which I'm really grateful Across our 4-week course, we did a lot of body and voice work, and really dived deep into and sat with various fears of mine that hold me back, allowing me to gain a greater understanding of them and ultimately learn to integrate them without them taking control anymore (although still very much a work in progress!). If you are looking to understand yourself and what's holding you back then I would highly recommend coaching with Arun, although it comes with a warning that it can be really exhausting work. So expect yourself to be quite drained afterwards, depending on how deep you are willing to go! I would also say that you get as much out of it as you put in it, so give it your all if you want the best benefits!

I was extremely lucky to have Arun as my coach when I was in Brazil. He was sharp & respectfull. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me the right tools to get me there. He stretched me big time but I always knew that he was there to catch me if needed Creating that kind of safe space gave me the life changing experience which I needed at that time. He is full with joy and kindness, is honest, energetic and warm. A great professional with a big heart!

I had the privilege of having Arun as a coach when I were in Brazil. The aliveness and joy this man brings with him is such a gift. The way he transmit his work feels so embodied and true to his being. For me that brought a lot of safety and permission in me and to the work we did together. So much gratitude for this man.
