We bought an EV from Rod after reading the company's reviews as they gave us great confidence and made us feel safe in spending what for us was a large sum of money. From our first meeting with him and his dad we knew we were dealing with a trustworthy and friendly dealer. A small electrical fault developed but Rod arranged to have this rectified as soon as we reported it.

Collected my 2015 Mercedes C Class yesterday after seeing it on AutoTrader. The attention to detail and service that Rod and his father offer is above and beyond anything Ive ever experienced before. Rod meticulously went through every single thing on the car from setting up my phone, running through the controls of the car to showing where the basics of topping up screen wash etc. After telling my girlfriend about the experience and seeing how well presented the car was, shes now wanting a Mercedes herself (obviously)! Thank you again for making the deal an absolute pleasure and so effortless. Will definitely be back in the future.

I bought a used Mercedes E-class from NVC this week. I initially phoned up to enquire, then visited the showroom to view and test drive the vehicle. And I collected the vehicle this morning. NVC were very friendly and polite throughout. The car has had mechanical problems - and cosmetically appears to have been "prepared for sale" so after a few months is looking quite tatty inside and out. I would not recommend buying a car here. I certainly won't be again.
