I booked Drain Doctor on the Thursday and they came to do the work first thing the following morning. Daniel was pleasant, appropriate and courteous. He put overshoes on without my having to ask. The work was completed quickly and effectively, and Daniel gave me some advice as to how to avoid the problem recurring. Overall, I was very pleased with both Daniel and the work. I had our waste pipe, water pipe and the man hole replaced in Gateshead. As I have a child I was very worried about the length of time this would take, however from coming to see the issue last Friday to the job being completed today is amazing. Im very impressed by the service and finish from Lee and Ian, top lads!! Will definitely be recommending these two and Drain Doctor to others! Service: Plumbing pipe repair

First of all I waited all day and they didnt show, then got a call the next day to say they would be there in 10 minutes. 30 mins later they arrived for my free quote. Used the camera on pipe to check my drains and gave me a price of 360 to do the work in 2 days time. They turned up after 3 days and started work but left after 20 mins, returning an hour later worked for another 30 mins and left again because it started raining but said that the price would be 540. I said I was paying what I was quoted and nothing more. They came back when it stoped raining and finished the job, made a phone call and reverted back to original price. They worked for less than 1 hour even though I was told the price was for 2 hours work and it has made no difference at all to my smelly drain. Biggest mistake ever was phoning them, I should have used a local, more reliable firm and do not recommend Drain Doctor. Service: Sewer repair
