Great experience with the service this month! Got our MOT done at short notice after being let down by another garage last minute! Efficient, fairly priced and kept us up to date with what they were doing and what was needed! They also went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was returned to us! Would absolutely recommend this garage! Will definitely be using them again! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Yes One Star! It's rare that I get that angry when thinking about a place and service. I took my van there for an MOT, to have the gearbox investigated and repaired, to have brand new LED rear light sets installed and the rear number plate light replaced. I provided the rear light sets and number plate light. Then the 10+ weeks of hardship began. We were promised...like "I promise it will be ready for your anniversary holiday trip" I promise it will be ready tomorrow etc. This went on for 10 weeks. There was issues sourcing the parts for the gear box...I had the option to wait even longer but said I would take the van back without this work being carried out. I was told during the 10 weeks that the rear lights had been fitted. They hadn't. I was told they were holding the van back because they had to order the rear number plate light. ...I provided the replacement on day one. They fitted it without the rubber gasket, so I have to take everything off and refit this myself. On the plus they did the MOT and didn't change for this. That I can honour but I would not recommend nor take another vehicle there ever again. When I complained I was shouted at and told "you don't tell us your want your van back,....we tell you when it is ready...alright". After 10 weeks I can enquire to when it will be ready when I am told countless times it would be ready in a day or two. The whole experience sucked.
