        We got a stove fitted by them in the summer, ready for the winter. The stove was ex-display but in good condition. The people were friendly, however their aftercare is terrible. The stove started flaking shortly after burning (after starting low and building up over several weeks), and letting off a terrible smell. On top of this it slips and slides on the hearth, causing the rope in the chimey pipe to move and slip out which we have to keep placing back in. Classic Fireplaces did not seem to care about sorting the issue at all, they have not been back to fix it after several phone calls. I am really disapointed with this and wish I had not got it in the first place. Terrible service and downright rude to ignore me.

        Fantastic small business. Very helpful without being pushy. Ordered and fitted in less than 2 weeks. Very professional service from start to completion. Reasonably priced too.

        We decided to get a multi fuel burner fitted with Classic Fireplaces. For all, it took slightly longer to get it fitted due to parts and world economy. I'm very happy with the end result.
