I would give zero stars if I could. I have a 15 year old Petrof piano which I got tuned by Jim. After the first tuning, the piano went out of tune within a few days. He then came back to retune, which he initially promised that it would be free of charge - it wasn't, but that went out of tune again. I was conned out of 80-90 for the first tuning and 140 for the second retune! This fraud applied pin grips, which according to a second opinion, are too weak to do anything. Further, he poured wax into the pins which leaked out, covering the cast back plate, soaked into the felt strips and encased some of the strings! His 'handiwork' ruined the strings, it sounds dead/does not resonate like it used to. I was told by a second opinion, that this person is not qualified and failed his piano tuning course! Due to this person, I am left with a 4000 bill to repair my piano. Further action will be taken in due course. Beware of this tuner, his friendly demeanour masks his incompetence. Edit: as I said, the Petrof is 15 years old and bought brand new. I've had 2 independent professions looking into the piano and they have both said there is nothing wrong with the pins or strings. I have had it retuned and it has stayed in tune. The problem is the wax/oil you've applied which has wiped out all monetiary value on the piano. I'm seeking further advice from professional agencies.

I could give 5/5* for the whole service. Jim is very knowledgeable and fantastic for the piano tuning service. He is very dedicated to his job. We have been with Jim for more than 3 years now, getting our upright piano tune once a year. His kindness was so far beyond that he even helped me got my keys out from the radiator (when I accidentally dropped it in). He would not leave until we manage to get the keys out with a tool he made from a wire hanger! I would totally recommend him and Pianoland!

Jim was so kind and dedicated, he didnt stop once within the 3 hours he was here. So friendly too, he made my piano sound amazing and his pin grippers really worked on keeping the tuning pins stable! 10/10 would absolutely call Jim again.
