BB Trade Kitchens & Bedrooms Newcastle - Design, Build & Fitted

We bought a new build house and the kitchen had been supplied by BB kitchens. The quality of the kitchens are good but we wanted to add a couple more units to expand cupboard space. I have lost count of the amount of times I have called BB to try and order. Each time I get told the person I need to speak to is busy, he will ring you back later, or tomorrow. It has been about 4 weeks since my first phone call and still no call back! It is absolutely ridiculous.. I am trying to give them my money and its like they are not interested. I think BB kitchens are not that fussed about the little orders, I seems they are more interested in the big bulk orders. Needless to say I have taken my business elsewhere to somebody who wants it.

Been trying to work with this company for 3 months!! 2 bedrooms and a kitchen to the total value of 30K and they dont seem to want my money!! Patrick the salesman came to our home and measured up and I visited their lovely showroom - a 200 mile round trip. Since then Ive had every excuse from holidays to Covid but NO ONE returns my calls! Patrick makes excuses over emails and even the Manager Andrew McCarroll failed to return my call despite confirmation from the staff and several calls to his office! A very unprofessional company, beware of false promises should you decide to work with them! Ill take my 30K to a company that values my needs!
