Absolutely awful company. If you are a slumlord this company is great for you as they do not care about tenants. Tenants if you see a listing by this company please run elsewhere. They move tenants into dirty apartments and when you bring up the rubbish they let you live in to the landlord and agency they ghost you and then charge you for it at move out. My apartment was not move in ready and had no lightbulbs, trash behind radiators, unsealed bathroom and so much more. Oh and the radiators did not work as expected. They do not communicate with one another so you have different people communicating to you the WRONG information. This went on for WEEKS. Money hungry and as evil as the slumlords they represent. A group of undereducated a-holes with 0 professionalism.

I carried out a boiler repair for one of their tenants, they were very professional and really easy to work with. Sophie responded to me quickly and were quick to accept our quote to get their tenants issue sorted out
