Sophies Cleaning Company

Absolute waste of money. The clean was so bad that my letting agency had to provide another cleaner and of course we had to pay for it. I paid 294 GBP to Sophie's. That is a lot of money for spider webs to be left obvious and mold to be uncleaned on the washing machine. (among others). I highly do not recommend this company. save your money and stress. Where to start... Enquired about a deep clean, woman on the phone was very rude and short with me. Regardless, my partner decided to book them in (my gut feeling was that we had made a mistake). Date was booked in, and the day before, they canceled on us. We rebooked another date that convened them, and were guaranteed that it wouldn't be canceled. For the second attempt at getting Sophies Cleaning Company in for a deep clean, my partner and I emptied our house of all its contents to make it easier for the clean to happen. With all our belongings out of the house, 10 mins before they were due to arrive, SCC cancel. They did this over text, and wouldn't respond to our calls. After consistently ignoring our calls, they had the audacity to suggest another rescheduled date via text! Moral of the story, avoid at all costs. Don't waste your time with them!

We have used this company more than once to carry out deep cleaning for some of our customers, great service everytime.

Seem to think its acceptable to park In parent/child spaces @ Tesco (without kids and wearing sign written jumpers). If this is how they conduct themselves I wouldnt trust them to clean my bin!
