We have just had out loft converted by the Luxury Loft Company - we looked around & got a few quotes & these guys stood head & shoulders above the rest. The project was slightly delayed due to the global pandemic - but Daryll kept in constant communication & we were more than happy to wait . The project has just been completed this week & we are over the moon with the work. Honestly they have restored my faith in tradesmen! The last few jobs weve had done in our house have been a real pain with me chasing folk non stop - but these guys have been class from start to finish. The team worked in the worst possible conditions & just cracked on, snow, wind, rain - it didn't matter they started and finished the same time every day - it seems daft to mention - but so many dont do that. The project has been seamless from start to finish - the lads have been spot on to the man. Friendly, courteous & very tidy. Youve got a great team & its a credit to you. Please pass on our thanks to all the lads & tell them if I ever see them in the toon when the world gets back to normal Ill buy them a few beers. If you are looking for a company to carry out works in your house - don't even bother looking elsewhere - book these guys - you may have to wait a while as they are very busy - but trust me, it will be worth the wait. This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review of any Company. There is no way I could recommend The Luxury Loft Company. In the first instance they do not respond to phone messages left or texts. In our latest correspondence it took over two weeks with many messages and texts to illicit a response. We originally had a provisional start date of May 2021 for our conversion, only to find out yesterday 27th Feb that in all reality we would be lucky to have the conversion this year and it could be possibly early 2022. While I would accept there has been problems with Covid-19 and weather, it is beyond my comprehension how any planned work can slip behind 10 months with no guarantees that it would occur then.
