A trustworthy and hardworking team completed a great job to a high standard on time and within agreed budget. It was clear from the start that Karl takes great pride in the work his team complete. They took time to understand my requirements with great communication throughout the project. Karl also gave good advice and made suggestions based on his extensive experience. Absolutely loved the quality of the work undertaken by Karl and the team. They constructed my loft extension on my bungalow in January 2020 following a recommendation by a neighbour. Karl and Lee fully understand our requirements and worked with us closely to ensure we were fully satisfied whether this be choice of materials or windows or front door style. It was certainly a challenging time with lock down but they kept us updated throughout. Would recommend Karl to anyone and would definitely use the team again for any further work. I entered into an agreement in 2019 for Karl and his team to start a single storey build to my property begining 9th January 2020. He was right it was the worst job he had taken on due to all the problems caused by him and his team. For a job that was to take 12 weeks it took 11 months not all down to the Covid situation. It was to say an absolute nightmare not of our making. I could go on but I wont other than to say I would NOT recommend him nor his business.
