First Choice Van Finance

Purchased a chiller van back in May from this company. Paid to have it delivered down to wales. Upon receiving the van, there were numerous faults including gas leaking from the chiller. Contacted Ian Emery to say there were problems. Given assurances that payment would be sent for repairs. But despite asking for my bank details, no payment was ever received. The van is now off the road as its illegal to drive due to a diesel leak. Which now requires further work, with an estimated cost of 500. Contacted Ian Emery severals times to sort out the problems and each time hes been unhelpful, obstructive, and rude. Will not answer my calls. I now have no choice but to take legal action. Each day the van is off the road Im loosing trade, and it threatens my whole livelihood. Which is worrying with a family to provide for. Despite being assured by Ian Emery the van was in working order and fit for purpose. All I asked was for the problems to be fixed. Very disappointed and certainly wouldnt want anyone else to experience the stress Im currently suffering. Stay well away from these cowboys, just tried again to resolve the issue and Ive been sworn at. They also trade as GOSFORTH CAR CENTRE Ltd!! * UPDATE to response : I wasnt sure that was still happening. After being sworn @ told what to you expect its a used van even though you recieved almost 4,000 and none of these faults were listed and then having the phone put down on me. Thats great lets hope this call is more productive than the last 4 attempts Ive made to have the issues resolved. Look forward to your call tmrw
