Absolutely appalling service..Still haven't recieved the correct blinds that were ordered 34 days ago..Very bad communication..would definitely not recommend...37 days later and still nothing..just ignoring my calls now very bad customer service

AVOID....AVOID...AVOID..... Purchased through eBay over a month ago at 1st they didn't send my order and didn't even reply when I messaged asking for tracking details until I opened a case via ebay they then sent me the wrong colour and promised to rectify this and that the right colour would be sent that week 3 weeks have passed heard nothing despite messaging several times to be ignored. I am now left with a colour I didn't choose and no answer from the company weeks later this is a total joke don't waste your time buy elsewhere

Purchased via eBay, saw they were local so offered to collect to save them on postage. Had a discount via eBay and collected the day after ordering. Will be back for more!

These guys have never let me down, price ok considering prices going up everywhere, priced and measured on a Friday fitted the following Tuesday. Good fitters polite and on time. Cannot recommend more.
