I don't have any words to describe the level of stress this company is causing to myself and my family. I ordered a front door and a few windows through them back in December. Up to today I haven't received the goods, neither my initial deposit paid (3.300,00). Tony is never answering my calls and is completely careless about this. Along the process I found out they actually never placed my order to the manufacturers, it was all a big lie from the beginning. This company is still trading as normal but they are planning for liquidation, they have no respect for customers and breaching any trading standards. And here I am crying every day and not being able to rest my mind over this. I hope that helps any other customers who could be at risk of loosing all their savings. Fantastic work done by a really professional team of fitters. We had all our windows replaced and the bi fold doors in our conservatory removed and the walls taken down and everything replaced with 6 concertina doors. This we were told was not possible by some and others said that the roof of the conservatory would need to be replaced. Tony fixed a "goal post" around the existing lintel and fitted the doors. This was done in 1 day. Also we were told scaffolding would be necessary for our windows on the top floor over the conservatory but none was needed as they used alternative means I cannot recommend this company highly enough and would recommend that anyone who wants windows etc done use Fairweathers.
