Absolutely 1st class customer service from me enquiring over the phone to picking my new car up. Ive brought many cars over the years but Sam went above and beyond Many other used car dealers should take note.. A+

Im not one to post reviews normally but I was so impressed with the service from start to finish. The guys at S J Poulton were a joy to deal with! Its really refreshing to be speaking to genuine car enthusiasts who really took care in the dealings of my Type R purchase. They were very knowledgeable and fairly priced! After a few weeks from picking up my car the clutch started to slip (not something even I had noticed on the test drive). I called Sam and he did not quibble the slightest, I dropped my car off and a few days later picked it up with the issue rectified. I was so impressed with the support and understanding these guys really deserve some recognition for their work! 5* will definitely be returning when the time comes to replace my other car. Went to SJs a few weeks ago to look at a car that they had in stock. The best thing for me they left me alone to walk round the car in my own time and when I was ready they answered all the questions I had and left me me to look inside the car after. I returned with my wife the next day to look also and they left us alone once again, we went on a test drive and after returning we noticed a noise coming from the front drivers side. We made a deal and in between making the deal to us picking the car up Sam organised for the car to be looked at and repaired. Unfortunately it had to go to Volvo at a later date for them to look at it which they had resolved and fixed and while the car was at Volvo SJs organised for me to have a little run around so I wasnt left with out a car. The whole process with SJs has been second to none and would highly recommend them to anyone no pushy sales and a high standard of second hand cars 5 star service
