Being a Disabled person, thought purchasing a car locally would make easier. From the Very First Phone call to say I would like to view the car they had advertised, I was asked did I want to put a deposit on it over the phone, in case it was sold, I might add I viewed the it first thing the following morning, bit pushy I thought. The Chap Dave was Nasty, the whole process, like he should of retired years ago. I am a Women on my own, and only purchased as it would of been a huge struggle to purchase a car further away. His attitude was vile, so I arranged when picking up the car to have another sales person for the hand over, he apologised for the other Sales chap Dave Griffin and sad he could be grumpy at time.( Not Grumpy) A Vile Salesman who needs to retire ASAP. My experience took the excitement of being a car away, I NEVER would recommend this Garage, he should NOT work there at all, he is a detriment to the Co. Please if you are a Woman do Not Visit this Garage, not sure how he is with men. I Never normally do a review, but feel my experience with this Garage should be Noted.. as I have always purchased my cars on my own, and had a nice experience and been treated with respect. Hope this helps any women looking for a car on her own, Do NOT let the Sales Chap Dave Griffin approach you in any way.
